Cancer research is becoming increasingly quantitative.
Our research focuses on developing mathematical, statistical and computational methods that are designed to help scientists understand and predict cancer dynamics.
We work closely with experimental and clinical cancer researchers to study questions such as: “How do cancer cells become drug resistant?”, “How do cancer cells interact with each other?” and “What role do these interactions play in disease progression and intervention?”.
The complexity of these questions and cancer means that multidisciplinary research teams must work together to find solutions that ultimately improve cancer care.
